One of my go to spots of for fried seafood. Food is always well seasoned and hot. They are usually pretty accurate with their cooking times. They are using real catfish too.
This place is a winner for me b/c they have tails. This place is next door to a fish market that use to be across the street for years. Don't think it's the same owners. Good fish fried like the old days. Hard to find nowadays. Got my business, if only for the memories.
This place was recommended to me by one of my patients. The fish was well seasoned hot and fresh real catfish. The fries could have been cooked a little bit longer. They were kind of soft, not soggy, but just undercooked. They are really stingy with the hot sauce and the tartar sauce. It was barely any in the containers that they give you, but I will definitely be back

I ordered the 2 piece catfish fillets with okra. Everything tasted great. I actually received two whole pieces of fish (cut in half). Not just one piece (cut in half) calling it a 2 piece. I liked that you have to call in your order, stay in your car, and they bring it out to you when it ready. I will be returning.
I love J&S catfish! The fish is actual USDA catfish, as they're next door to a fish market. The orders are made fish to order and is always piping hot when you arrive.
